My journey began in Springfield, Illinois, where I founded and led Olives Catering Company, quickly earning a reputation for quality, style, and service. After building a strong foundation locally, I expanded my career to major markets including Honolulu, Savannah, and Washington, D.C. Each new city brought fresh inspiration, valuable partnerships, and opportunities to orchestrate events of national and international prestige.
Over the years, I have had the honor of producing high-profile events for an elite clientele: foreign dignitaries, esteemed ambassadors, Fortune 500 corporations, and two former U.S. presidents. My portfolio includes everything from the SCAD Savannah Film Festival and LPGA/PGA tournaments to countless elegant weddings and sophisticated receptions.
