My journey began in Springfield, Illinois, 25 years ago where I founded and led Olives Catering Company, quickly earning a reputation for quality, style, and service. After building a strong foundation locally, I expanded my career to major markets including Honolulu, Savannah, and Washington, D.C. Each new city brought fresh inspiration, valuable partnerships, and opportunities to orchestrate events of national and international prestige.

Over the years, I have had the honor of producing high-profile events for an elite clientele: foreign dignitaries, esteemed ambassadors, Fortune 500 corporations, and two former U.S. presidents. These experiences have sharpened my ability to adapt to diverse cultures, traditions, and levels of formality while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

After years of working in fast-paced, competitive markets, I returned to Springfield with renewed passion and perspective. This homecoming inspired me to launch Renee Rothschild Catering & Events—a full-service event planning and catering company rooted in creativity, collaboration, and genuine hospitality.
